Sanchae-Jeongsik (Korean Table D'horte with wild vegetables) is a cousin, which lets a diner feel the special aromas of around 40 kinds of wild vegetables and herbs from the deep mountains by using very few seasonings. In addition, a bowl of delicately tasted 'Doenjang Jjigae' (Soy bean paste stew) makes a diner feel the affection of a mother in old days.
