Muju Ceramic Institute is operating various cultural education programs and ceramic classes for the regional residents relying mainly on the specialized potters-in-residence of the institute. In addition, it has a vision to make a leap as an international center for creative ceramic arts in the future.

The enlisted students participating in the education programs of Muju Ceramic Institute get the economic benefits as well as their self-realization through the activities, such as cultural experiences, creative activities, participation in festivals and selling the works of arts, etc. On the other hand, the activities to create the works of arts by the potters-in-residence are taking roots into the history of the institute after having grown as a new seed.

Together with those above mentioned, the community members can be benefited from the increase in the sources of tourist attractions as well as having a chance to take part in the cultural events through various festivals, exhibitions and experience programs. Like this, it is a vision for a preferable ceramic culture pursued by the Muju Ceramic Institute to contribute itself to the publicity and development of the region by enhancing the cultural power of the region together with the potters, enlisted students and community members while the institute takes the initiative.
